All products and sales transactions are in Canadian currency.

SHIPPING POLICY

Any products purchased from this site that require shipping (i.e. are not electronic or digital goods) will be shipped within 24 hours via standard international ground mail.

CANCELLATION / REFUND POLICY

We take great pride in the quality of the products and services we offer.  If you order anything from us, you always have up to 24 hours from receipt of your product (24 hours from date of purchase for digital purchases) in which time you can cancel your order, return any products received (or provide a waiver that you have removed any digital products from your computer files) and receive a refund of your purchase price.

This policy does not apply for any subscription-based products.  Cancellations for any subscription-based products can be made at any time, and the subscription will be cancelled automatically upon the next billing cycle date.
